I would like to briefly share with you the activities that are to happen in the next couple of weeks. I request your participation to make each one of them a success.
1. PMT: The 4 delegates of the Peacock Mass tour have arrived in India on the 1st. They will be touring 6 Tabling centres including Cochin, Trivandrum, Ooty, Mysore & Bangalore before reaching Hubli on the 11th by Kingfisher. I too will be flying in with them from Bangalore. Almost every alternative day they would have had a fellowship by then. So it’s our turn to make them feel great at Hubli on the 11th. They will be hosted by Tr. Ajay at Hotel Hans. Incidentally, they all happen to be members of RTN 153. The Tablers HART 153 have arranged a school inauguration and a couple of school visits during the day. I will also be taking them to Dharwar to showcase a school sponsored by them. HART 153 is planning fellowship meeting for them in the evening. It would be a contributory dinner. Please attend the event in large numbers. The details will be sent out by Tr. Kittu. They would be proceeding to Goa on the 12th by Cab. They will meet up with Panjim Tablers during the day and fly out of India on the 13th.
2. National Fellowship Basket: We had received the NFB from Area VI at the National AGM at Goa. We will be passing it on to Area III at Pune on the 14th evening when they would be chartering two new Tables. Tr. Ajay will be the Chief Guest at the event. We would be driving down from Hubli on the 13th afternoon and will halt at Kolhapur to attend their meeting in the evening. We will then proceed the next day to Pune alongwith the Kolhapur Tablers to handover the basket. We already have 6 members from Hubli that have confirmed. The more the better. Kindly confirm with Tr. Vadi so that we can plan our travel & also book our accommodation at Kolhapur & Pune.
3. MTM: Kolhapur is hosting the MTM at Mahabaleshwar on the 23rd & 24th of this month. It has been attractively priced at Rs. 1950 per head inclusive of registration & accommodation. We have committed around 50 heads from Hubli. Please keep yourselves free on the days and register with Tr. Bipin/ Tr. Vadi. The brochure in both the hard & soft format will follow.
4. Area Board Meet: The 3rd Area board meet will be held at Belgaum on the 23rd of March. Notice & details will follow from AST Ritesh & BRT 119 respectively, well in time.
