3rd Area Board Meet & Fellowship @ Belgaum

Dear Friends

Belgaum Round Table is hosting this months’ Area level fellowship event on Saturday the 29^th at 7.30pm. A formal invitation alongwith the venue & dress code will be sent out by the Table Chairman soon. This is open to all the Tablers of the Area.

They are also hosting the 3^rd Area Board meeting on Sunday the 30^th march. The meeting shall be between 10am to 2pm followed by lunch. This is compulsory for all the Board members (Table Chairmen and Area convenors) but the floors members & HTs are welcome to participate & add value to the deliberations.

Kindly keep the above dates reserved and inform your travel & accommodation (details will be sent shortly) requirements to either Tr.Vadi or me.
