Area AGM Notice & Table AGMs

My Dearest Table Chairmen,

Greetings from the Area Board

Please find enclosed the Notice for the VIIth Area AGM.

As we approach the end of this Tabling year, you must be gearing up for your Table AGMs. It has been a terrific year so far, and certainly wish each Table to scale greater heights in the years to come. As you prepare for the Table AGM, kindly ensure the following:

• You have completed 24 Meetings in the year between July 1st 2007 – June 30th 2008
• All Tablers have a minimum attendance of 40% at your Table meetings
• The Table accounts – Admin and Projects are audited as of June 30th 2008
• Clear all C form, D form, Supply house, greeting cards and other Area/National dues, if any.
• Notice for the Table AGM to be sent out 45 days in advance.
• Kindly let us know the dates of your AGM so that we can depute the Area observers for the same.
• Make good arrangements for the Table AGM – Prepare the agenda, run through it with your Head Table and the Incoming team.
• Pass on to the new team details regarding the on-going projects, funding details and other aspects that need continuity.
• You may procure regalia for the Table awards from the RTI secretariat
• The observer for your Table AGM has been appointed. Please do coordinate with him regarding his visit to the Table AGM.
• Register for the Area AGM
