0900 – Arrival to Sri Lanka by flight IX 671

1000 – Leave from the Airport to Bentota

1200 – Check-in to CLUB BENTOTA HOTEL (www.clubbentota.com) for the lunch

1430 to 1830 – At Leisure

1930 – Dinner & Entertainment at the hotel

14^th August

0900 – Breakfast at the hotel

1130 – Leave from Bentota to Colombo

1300 – Check-in to TAJ SAMUDRA HOTEL (www.tajhotels.com)

1400 – Leave for Colombo City Tour, Lunch arrangements at your own cost

1800 – Return to your hotel

2000 – Dinner at the hotel/Club

15^th August

0900 – Breakfast at the hotel

1030 – Leave for the Shopping tour, Lunch arrangements at your own cost

1630 – Check-in to the Hotel

1700 –AGM &Banquet and Gala Dinner at the hotel

16^th August

1000 – Breakfast at the hotel

1100 – Time free for further shopping or take Day tours suggest by the Travel Agent at an extra cost
